"Watching you eat your ice cream is wonderful! You have an awesome way of enjoying."
How did she react?
Surprised. Yet open towards being filmed (there was a camera guy accompanying me) and definitely happy to hear the compliment! She said "Thank you!" and complimented me on the idea for the project.
How did I feel?
Sweet! The market place was packed. People were moving, shouting, laughing. Shopping groceries and discussing prices or hurrying back to work. Having lunch together, chit chattering. Doves were picking, children screaming. The sun kept burning down on the scenery.
Andrea was the slow motion version of her surrounding. She ate, too, but completely devoted. She seemed like she had taken a year long lunch break. She walked steadily. Her ice cream and her were a one minute retreat to my eyes. Thank you, Andrea, for letting everyone me be part of your enjoyment. Please never stop eating ice cream in public. It's better for all of us.
