"You have an amazing, unique voice. You should be working for the radio or singing or something!"
How did he react?
All his coffee shop colleagues started laughing. He did, too, and said: "Thank you!" Responding to their laughter I asked, "I'm sure you've heard that before..?"
"Actually, no! Never!"
How did I feel?
It was a sweet moment! I met Vetle during my five hour layover in Oslo. One good day: Strolling through the streets, taking in the sun, impressive buildings and Fjellraven backpacks I passed the Kaffebrenneriet. Vetle served me- with a voice I have nothing to compare to. He spoke loudly yet pleasantly. It was like a male speech choir inhabited his throat, firing away their most passionate fortissimo. Accompanied by his smooth, innocent movements his sonorous voice made him stick out in the best way possible.
Also he and his coworker fixed the best coffee I have had in weeks. Thanks, guys!
